1.    现在学校里有些什么班级？

答：按照课程级别和学员的水平，我们设有初、中、高三个级别的班型。我们需要先了解您的汉语水平，做初步的入学测试，然后再帮您安排适合您的班级。

 1.    Q: How about the type of class in your school?

A: The students will take a Chinese test, by which we will divide the students into different classes from beginning, intermediate and senior levels.

2.   你们能测试我的汉语水平吗？

答：可以的。我们会为您安排全面系统的汉语水平测试以及免费的试听课。

2.     Q: Can you test my Chinese level?

A: Yes, we can test your Chinese by comprehensive and systematic Chinese test, and one free class will be provided for experiencing our unique way of teaching.

3.    我要学多长时间可以学会说汉语？

答：如果您能够坚持按照我们的课程安排学习汉语，并配合老师的要求做一定的练习，一般来说，一名零起点的学员在我们学校学完200课时后，便可以达到在日常生活中较流利地使用汉语进行复杂交际问答的能力。

3.   Q: When can I speak Chinese after taking your class?

   A: Generally, after taking 200 hours class, a beginner will be able to have daily communication influent Chinese, if the beginner can finish all the lessons and excises required.

4.   我什么时候可以开始上课？

答：在您交费后的一周内可以开课。一对一课程交费后二天内开课。

4.   Q: When can I start my class?

    A: After you pay the tuition fee, class will be started in one week, and one to one class can start in two days.

5.   晚上或者周末可以上课吗？

答：可以的，周一至周日8：30am—8：00pm为授课时间； 

5.    Q: Is it possible for me to take the class at the weekend?

    A: Yes, you can. The teaching time is from Monday to Sunday 8: 30am—8: 00pm.

6.   你们什么时候有免费试听的课呢？

答：我们每周都会安排咨询人员的免费试听课，但是您需要提前电话预约。预约电话：0411-8282-0606

6.     Q: When can I take a free class?

A: There is a 30min’ free class for all the friends who are willing to take our Chinese course every week. You are welcomed to make a reservation for the free class by the number of 0411-8282-0606or 13322202227.

7.   如果老师在课堂上只讲汉语而我听不懂怎么办？

答：请您放心。我们的所有教师外语水平很高，都会在讲课恰当的时候，运用适当的外语为您精确地解答疑难  之处，保证您能在良好的语言环境下学会说汉语。

7.    Q: What if the teachers only speak Chinese in class and I can’t understand?

A: Depending on the different Chinese level of students, we require our teachers should be qualified for bilingual teaching. In order to create a good language learning environment, teachers will explain the knowledge points in students’ mother tongue or Chinese, according to the difficulty degree.

8.   如果我不满意我的老师，贵校能提供什么选择给我吗？

答：微笑汉语以学员要求为宗旨，如果有学员提出对老师不满意，学校会立即进行考察，如果一个班级里超过一半的学员对老师不满意，那么，我们会马上换上另外一名老师。如果只有一位学员对老师不满意，那么，我们会安排该学员转班。

8.     Q: What if I am not satisfied with my teacher?

A: The students’ satisfaction always comes the first. If you are not satisfied with the teacher we arranged for you, we will change another teacher in the situation of more than half of students hold negative attitude to this teacher according to an opinion survey in the class.

9.    如果我有事不能按照约定的时间上课，可以帮我改换上课时间吗？

答：如果您上的是一对一的课程，我们可以帮您重新安排上课的时间。如果您上的是小班的课程，一般情况下是不可以改变的。但是您可以与您的同班同学商量，在对方认可的情况下，学校会为你们重新调整时间。请至少提前一天告诉我们您的出差计划，以便我们为您作最好的安排。

9.     Q: What if I miss the class for some reason? Can I change the time?

A: For one on one class students, we can help you to rearrange another time, but if you take the mini-size class, we only can rearrange the class time with the agreement of the other students, so it is better to reach the agreement with your classmate first. Please let us know about the change of your class schedule at least one day earlier. 

10.  如果我因为出差或者度假需要停课或中止学习，我的学费可以退回或者保留吗？

答：如果您因故需要请假的话，请提前一天告诉我校。如未提前告知，则按正常上课计算课时。如果您中止学习的话，很抱歉，您的学费可以保留，但不可以退回。我们也会为您保留学籍，您随时都可以回来上课，我们也欢迎您回来继续学习汉语。

10.     Q: Will you refund my tuition fee if I have to stop or suspend my class for the reason of vacation or business trip?

A: If you have to be absent from the class for some reason, please let us know one day before, otherwise we will charge the tuition fee of the same day class. If you choose to suspend the class, we would like to retain the tuition fee and keep your name on the books, but the tuition fee shall not be refunded. You are welcomed back to study at any time.

11.  如果我的时间表发生变化，无法参加剩余的班课，剩余的课时费用如何处理？

答：您可以选择调换班级，或者将您剩余的班课学费转成私教。

11.     Q: What if I can not take the rest classes because of the change of my timetable?

A: You can choose to change another class or change the class-type into one to one class. And the tuition fee will be charged as the way of one on one class type.

12.  你们可以帮我报考HSK吗？

答：当然可以。我们可以帮您报名参加HSK考试，并组织学员参加考试。

12.     Q: Will the school help me to sign up the HSK examination?

A: We can help our students to sign up and send them to exam..

13.  学习结束后可以颁发文凭或者证书吗？

答：大连微笑汉语国际培训学校属于非学历教育机构，所以您在学习结束后不能得到文凭。但是，我们会给您颁发本校的结业证书并附上您的结业考试成绩。

13.     Q: Will we be awarded a certificate after the course?

A: Dalian Smile Chinese International Language School is a non-educational school, so you can not be awarded certificate after the course, instead you can get a certificate of completion.

14. 这是我第一次来大连，微笑汉语能为我提供相关服务么？

答：当然可以。 我们能提供的服务主要是接机和城市指南。

我们的当地员工将帮助你和你的家人在到达大连后最短的时间内定居下来并尽快适应大连的生活。

为保证接机顺利，我们需要在您到达前3天知道您具体的航班信息和家庭成员的信息(RMB 300/单程)。12小时内的行程改变恕不退款。

我们将会为来大连的客人提供许多有关这座城市的信息，涉及餐厅，娱乐，保健等方面。每月我们还将组织一些旅游及其它活动，让学员更了解中国的文化。

14.     Q: This is my first time to come to Dalian, It that impossible to provide me some helpful       information or services?

A: The services we can provide mainly are city guiding and picking you up on the airport. Our staff will help you to settle down in Dalian as soon as possible. We need to learn about the specific information of your flight and your family member who come with you three days before your flight arrives (all of those services cost 300RMB/ single journey). We will not refund, if you do not contact us about changes of your schedule in 12 hours.

We will provide the city guide service about Dalian for foreign friends which includes hotel, recreation, and health etc, and there is a tour of Chinese culture waiting for you, by which you can learn a lot about China.

15． 你们学校平时有什么活动吗？

答：我们学校在每月都会举办免费的沙龙活动，您只要提前报名便可以来参加。另外，我们还会不定期地组织一些校外活动，帮助您了解和感受中国文化。

15.    Q: Are there any extra-curriculum activities for us?

   A: In order to let more friends enjoy the charm of Chinese culture, our school will provide some activities for all the foreign friends including free Chinese Salon held every month, and also some other curriculums activities as well. Please make a reservation.

16． 学校有学生公寓吗？

答：学校暂时没有学生公寓，但是我们可以为您提供一份学校附近的住宿资料，您可以根据自己的要求来选择，我们会全程协助您。

16.     Q: Will you provide students’ flat for us?

   A: Now the students’ flat is not on our service list, but we can provide the housing information according to your requirements.

17． 贵校是否提供签证服务？

是的。我们提供商务类签证服务（F签证，短期培训）。此签证可允许您在中国停留3-6个月。学员必须全额付清学费方可申请此签证。对于已持有签证但需要转为商务类签证的客户，请在您的签证到期前20个工作日联系我们。

17.     Q: Can you provide visa service, if I need?

   A: Yes. We can apply for business visa for the student who have paid the tuition fee, which will allow you to stay for 3~6 months in China (F visa, for short-term training) If you have had visa in China and want to transfer it into business visa, please contact us 20 days before the end of your duration.
